Help for credits, billing, and generated STLs
DriftLoom Studio is still in free beta. Paid generation is not required, Pro/subscription checkout is hidden, and the live 25-credit pack is for controlled early use until the product-quality gates pass.
Paid launch note: no public support inbox is published yet, so real paid traffic should stay paused until one is configured.
Support contact
This public paid launch is not open yet, so DriftLoom has not published a support inbox on this page. Do not complete paid checkout unless you are in a controlled early-access test with a direct DriftLoom/Jacob support channel. When paid traffic is approved, the configured support contact will appear here before users are asked to pay.
What to send support
- For billing help, keep the Stripe receipt email and include the receipt or Checkout reference if Stripe shows one.
- For STL/job help, include the DriftLoom job URL or the browser session that created it when available.
- Do not send card numbers, payment-method details, passwords, API keys, private prompts, or sensitive personal data.
Credit-pack refund policy
- Full unused 25-credit pack refunds can be reviewed for accidental purchase, duplicate purchase, checkout confusion, or credits that do not appear after webhook processing.
- When a full refund is issued in Stripe, the signed Stripe refund webhook reverses the matching local DriftLoom credit grant.
- Partial refunds and used-credit refunds require manual review because support needs to check generated jobs, credit use, and whether any credits should be restored instead.
- Unsupported, failed, duplicate, or system-error jobs should not consume paid credits. If that invariant is violated, support can investigate and restore or refund the affected credit.
Subscriptions
Pro/subscription checkout is not promoted or configured as the public path yet. If subscriptions are enabled later, cancellation and payment-method changes will use Stripe's hosted customer portal and the terms/pricing copy will be updated before launch.
