DriftLoom Studio

Terms

Plain-language beta baseline for DriftLoom Studio. Billing/support requests should use the guidance on Support; do not send card numbers or payment-method details.

Business and contact posture

DriftLoom Studio is currently in controlled public beta. Billing, deletion, and support requests should follow the Support page contact guidance. Billing support is handled at [email protected]. Keep the Stripe receipt email and include the DriftLoom job URL or browser session when relevant, but never send card numbers.

Current scope

DriftLoom Studio is for supported utility-object STL generation, not a safety-certified engineering, manufacturing, medical, automotive, or regulatory compliance service. Requests outside what DriftLoom can make today, or ambiguous requests, may stop safely with clarifying guidance instead of generating a file.

Print safety and fit

Review every generated model before printing or use, especially for load-bearing, heat, electrical, child-facing, food-contact, or vehicle-adjacent applications. DriftLoom does not guarantee fit, load rating, material compatibility, printer compatibility, mechanical safety, or regulatory compliance.

Generated STL use

You may download, print, and test generated STL files for personal or internal evaluation under the current beta terms. You are responsible for deciding whether a generated STL is suitable for your printer, material, and use case. Commercial resale, redistributed files, and paid production use require paid access that explicitly includes commercial use or written DriftLoom permission.

Commercial-use exports

A commercial-use export license covers lawful, non-safety-critical use of your generated STL exports and prints when your paid access explicitly includes commercial use. It does not transfer DriftLoom branding, software, prompts, example-gallery assets, or third-party intellectual-property rights, and it does not approve load-rated, regulated, medical, vehicle, electrical, child-safety, weapon, or other high-risk uses.

Prohibited requests

Do not use DriftLoom Studio to create weapons, unlawful devices, safety-bypass parts, counterfeit/third-party protected goods, regulated medical or vehicle components, or designs intended to harm people, animals, property, or public infrastructure.

Billing status

Paid features, if enabled before public launch, are controlled early-access flows. Stripe is the payment processor; DriftLoom grants access only from Stripe-confirmed payment records and never from client-supplied plan fields.

Credit-pack refunds

Full unused 25-credit pack refunds can be reviewed and processed through Stripe, and a secure full-refund notice reverses the local DriftLoom credit grant. Partial refunds, used-credit refunds, and failed-generation credit restorations require manual review of DriftLoom job and payment records.
